…a body well nourished, rested, trained and massaged will perform at its optimum capacity!
My Experience in Sport
I come from a large family where sport was part of life. My father has been a life long golfer, my mother found soccer at age 50, my older sister was a star basketball player, runner and my mentor. She taught me technique and endurance in running. My six brothers played football, baseball and were formidable wrestlers. As a developing athlete, spectator and fan I began developing observation skills and a fascination of the body in motion and performance. Throughout the years I have played softball, tennis, did long distance road biking and swam. Present day I run10ks, trails and cross country mountain bike riding. I hike rain or shine and work out with a trainer for “Functional Training” i.e.: core fitness and I walk daily for relaxation and body awareness.
